When you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp — including to request a free pricing recommendation — we process the personal data contained in that communication:

Website analytics (if applicable)
We collect privacy-reduced usage data (page path and title, referrer host, language, device category, campaign parameters, contact clicks and form-attempt events) to understand how visitors use the site. Raw IP addresses and form field values are not stored in these statistics. Salted and hashed daily visitor and session identifiers are derived from a shortened IP block and browser information; these identifiers are pseudonymous, not strictly anonymous.

Storage & retention / Speicherung & Aufbewahrung
We retain personal data from enquiries for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the communication, after which it is permanently deleted. If a business relationship commences, data may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for any legally required retention periods thereafter (typically 7 years under Austrian commercial and tax law).
Data is stored securely. Email correspondence is stored on our email provider's servers.
Website statistics are retained for up to 400 days and then removed from the active statistics files.

The fonts used on this website are self-hosted directly on our own server. When a page loads, no connection is made to Google or any other third-party server to deliver fonts, and no data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google or any third party for this purpose.

This website uses first-party, cookie-free statistics hosted on hostdirect.at. It records page views, visit estimates, contact clicks, form-attempt events, language, device category and campaign parameters. Raw IP addresses and form field values are not stored in the statistics; salted and hashed daily visitor and session identifiers are generated from shortened IP blocks and browser information and are treated as pseudonymous data.
No other third-party data sharing
Contact forms are technically processed by Formspree, Inc. When you submit a form, the entered fields and technical connection data are transmitted to Formspree; processing may take place in the United States. See the Formspree Privacy Policy. Apart from this form provider and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site, form data is not sent to advertising networks. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or behavioural advertising tools on this website.
